Like many woodworkers, I began exploring woodworking as a way to repair my own furniture and save money. It became a critical to my physical and mental health after leaving the Marine Corps in 2022, when I was deeply unsure about the path I would take upon entering the "real" world for the first time as an adult.
I have found a deep passion for designing and building my own furniture, and prefer using traditional hand tools in most cases over machinery. I am a self-taught furniture maker, and though I experience many failures and mistakes, I have forged on. Woodworking has taught me a kind of patience and appreciation for crafting that I didn't know was possible.
Since 2025, I have been working to expand Inclusive Design Furniture to become a platform that connects the incredible makers in Southern California with clients. If you'd like to know more about my brand and my story, please read the Our Story page-- you won't regret it!
