Return Policy

Inclusive Design return policy:

  • No returns accepted of custom items. 
  • Returns accepted of Inclusive Design original pieces (non-custom) under 50 lbs: 

    • If item arrives broken or seriously damaged

    • Photos of broken/damaged items must be sent to initiate return

    • If item is shipped back, a full refund will be sent to customer

    • If customer would like to keep the item, a 50% refund will be issued to customer

  • Customer satisfaction policy:

    • Inclusive Design will work with the customer so they are satisfied with their transaction, even if the item does not fall into one of the above categories.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders can be placed by going to the custom pieces page scheduling a free consultation via the calendly link provided.
  • Please note that I predominately accept custom orders that fall under the three categories I specialize in: 
    • Nightstands
    • Small Tables
    • Shelving
