- No returns accepted of custom items.

Returns accepted of Inclusive Design original pieces (non-custom) under 50 lbs:

If item arrives broken or seriously damaged

Photos of broken/damaged items must be sent to initiate return

If item is shipped back, a full refund will be sent to customer

If customer would like to keep the item, a 50% refund will be issued to customer

Inclusive Design will work with the customer so they are satisfied with their transaction, even if the item does not fall into one of the above categories.
